We want you to love your dress! If it doesn't work out, we offer returns for store credit only on online orders. All purchases in physical store are final with no exchanges or returns.
Return Requirements
Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
Dress must be unworn, unaltered, odor-free, and have all tags attached
Returns receive store credit only

Because we offer shipping free shipping on orders, the original shipping cost we paid will be deducted from your store credit
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you may request a return or exchange.
