All purchases in store are final with no exchanges or returns. Dresses bought online are valid for exchange, credit or refund within 15 days from ship date. All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered and undamaged, with all tags attached.
The refund amount will include the amount paid by you after any discount or reward was applied to the returned item(s) plus any original shipping charge paid by you.
PLEASE NOTE:
We will NOT cover return shipping costs unless you receive the merchandise damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s) and a copy of the receipt is attached.
Items will be refunded or exchanged ONLY if standard carrier services that provide tracking like Fedex for example is used, and a copy of the returns shipping receipt is attached in the returns package.
Final on sale items CANNOT be returned or exchanged, unless required by law.
